Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (MST).

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM typically ship within 24 hours, provided the item is in stock.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, destination, and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and begin once your order has shipped.

  • Virtue Paintball is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our warehouse.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive the confirmation email.

Out-of-Stock or Preorder Items

  • If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with the expected restock or ship date.

  • Preorder items will ship as soon as they become available.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Virtue Paintball is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
