When does the Mystery Swag Bag ship?

Mystery bags ship once a month, during the second week of every month.

How does the Ace, VIO, Spire, etc. giveaway work?

We will ship all Mystery Swag Bag orders once a month during the second week of every month. During that time period, we will randomly select certain one or more orders to get a high value item, instead of the guaranteed minimum Mystery Swag Bag. The more sign-ups we have the more High Value items will be distributed.

Can I buy more than one? 

Yes! We have multiple mystery bags created, neither the same as the other, so if you buy multiples, you won't risk getting all exactly the same things, but there is occasionally some crossover. And you obviously increase your chances of getting one of the higher value items as well. 

Can I return my mystery bag? 

No returns are accepted on this product.

Do I have to subscribe? Can I cancel my subscription?

You do not have to subscribe, and can just order a Mystery Swag Bag once. You can also cancel your subscription up to the end of the 1st week of the month it is scheduled to ship.

If you wish to place an order, you can place an individual Swag Bag order that is not a subscription under your Company account, or you can login using a different email address that's not associated with your Company or Team to make a subscription order..

Why do I have to pay shipping?

If your cart totals $79.95 or more, you will not have to pay shipping. Add something else a second Mystery Swag Bag and you won't have to pay shipping.
